RANGPO-8TH MAY12 The concept of state government to make the first modal village of the state in kameray under rhenock constituency comes in a big question mark among the villagers .according to the news when the concept was announced it was also cleared that one benefit one house policy may be implemented but when in realty seen the imple emption was just opposite .many houses is to be listened that they has received three to four benefit like green house, water tank,poly pipe and composition feed but many families nor received single one .on 5th may only the horticulture ,agriculture and cash crop development department has distributed many farmers used materials but was distributed not properly. The bee was distributed but without queen which is useless .such type of work policy may not make possibility to announce as a first modal village .transparency is must necessary for any type of success if plan or mission.
