The site allotted by urban development and housing department government of Sikkim at Rangpo mandi bazaar is came in dispute now a daze .according to the news after the formation of Sikkim democratic front government in Sikkim in 1994 according to the manifesto the government has started allotting site to the residents of Rangpo mandi bazaar according ly .the department of UDHD has first assured and finalised to provide 14 feet side to every residents of mandi bazaar .some days after again the department notifies regarding preventing measures every aloes has to left one feet side that means every household shall receive only 13 feet side .the local residents has accepted as it was the matter of preventation .but suddenly the department has without any type of information to general public has allotted the side in galli which is seen completely illegal and against the assurance .the local residents has blamed that in one side in the name of galli the department has Asked to left one feet land to everyone and in other side the department has assorted the side in galli is totally against the feeling of the local residents .
