SANJAY AGARWAL –RANGPO-28TH FEBRURY 13 The forth year student of Bsc nursing of Sikkim manipal collage of nursing 5th mile Tadong also come in the street to aware the disease aids to the common people of Sikkim .today the aids awareness programme specially supported by the Sikkim aids control society was organized by the members of the red ribbon club of the institute at Rangpo halo block complex .the programme attended by mrs bishnu Maya kaarki ,ward councilor mining Mrs. aita Maya gurung ,dr upasna gurung medical officer Rangpo primary health centre ,chung chung Bhutia red ribbon club in charge along with the local residents was present as a guest og the programme .the programme was addressed by dr upasna gurung and she specially stressed regarding the aids disease and preservation from this disese .the students of nursing providing the details of aids patient clarified that out of three crore fifty lakh patient in the world the one crore fifty lakh patient is in India ia a big figure .in Sikkim too the patient graph is raising day by day is a big tension for the family individuals ,society and the state .the programme guided by associate professor miss J Devi ,assistant professor Mrs. binita khati and assistant lecturer miss pema wangdi Bhutia ,miss sandhya gurung and miss r kharel has present the street play programme regarding aids disease and health education .
