Discussion on functioning Multilevel Marketing Company

The Himalayan People’s channel today at length discussed about the work process of different Multilevel Marketing Company functioning in the hills. The discussion was held at the Town Hall during which Pritam Limbu from the administration, ASP Songmit Lepcha from the police, advocate Prabhakar Dewan, Twon Specialist CA, Sumit Jindal and about 2 dozens of representatives from companies like Basil, Axis Marketing, etc. were present. Journalists Pradip Lohagun and Anil Taleja were the mediators.
The role of the administration regarding the increase of the companies which are involved in fraud and its history was highly discussed. The money laundering companies never inform the police and the administration, the discussion highlighted. The forum also insisted that any company before setting up its office should go through police verification. To this, Pritam Limbu assured to take necessary steps. It was decided during the discussion that in order to keep a close check on such companies a committee comprising of the public, representatives of company, administrative officials and media persons, should be formed.(kalimpongnewsexpress.blogspot.in)
