Ginger seeds distribution programme is on full swing in the different parts of east district by the agriculture and horticulture department from three days. Two days before only four thousand kg of ginger seeds were distributed at bhurung ward. Today between n the programme organised by the department at pachak 2800 kg ginger seeds was distributed among one shg and 20 farmers. According to the news 1200 kg was provided to one self help group and rest 2800 kg of ginger seeds was distributed among 20 progressive farmers with 80 kg to each farmer. Mr j n giri deputy director of the department along with other officers and staff presented in the programme provided the training of cultivation of ginger and preservation from various type of disease.
