A farewell and welcome party programme was organised for outgoing and incoming SDPO of Rangpo jointly by Rangpo and Singtam police at mining cafeteria.SDPO Rangpo Mr. R K Sundas after giving memoriable service for this area for 18 months is transferred to IRBNNew Delhi and   miss L Palmu Chettri has taken the new SDPO post of Rangpo. She shall she the two police station named Rangpo and Singtam. Started with the welcome speech by Rangpo PS in charge PI Sonam wangdi and ended with the thanks giving speech by Singtam PS in charge Mr. Chundi chopel  primary health centre Rangpo medical officer Dr upasana gurung,mr milal silwal senior officer from Sikkim nationalised transport Rangpo,mr john sir from commercial taxes,mr kailash Thapa headmaster Rangpo junior high school, along with the delegates from business community and contractors of the area, youth wing,incharge of Rangpo GTA police outpost was specially present in the function.mr R K Sundas  outgoing  SDPO  addressing  given special thanks to the residents of Rangpo Singtam and surrounding areas  for providing special support to run the  office and to maintain peace in the area and appealed to  provide all type of support   to the new incoming SDPO also. Incoming SDPO Miss Chettri also appeals all the people to support her to run the office peacefully and assured to provide her service round o clock.
